Overcoming is a 6 week gym program where I will challenge you to overcome your fear of the gym and anxiety.
I will be with you every step of the way as we use machines & dumbbells to push through anxiety and lift up calmest in the gym. We will sculpt our glutes, upper body and core. Not only will you be proud of the body you are building but you will rejoice with how you have overcome.
