I decided to join because I follow them on Instagram and have done a few workouts on YouTube. I like their exercises. I needed motivation as I am very much out of shape. As I did expect it to be more like their YouTube channel with music and a count down of reps etc, I just put in headphones and go at my own pace. It helps me because I need someone to list out the type of exercises I should do and sets etc. it is nice it's in my phone so I can do it anytime and anywhere. I was VERY sore the first week but so far I'm doing well with day 1 of week 2. I have never worked out this many days in a row, with work gets challenging but I'm determined to make it work!
