This challenge is designed specifically for postpartum moms like us.
Over these 6 weeks, you'll experience a progressive intensity that tones your body, strengthens your core and pelvic floor, and builds functional strength while continuing to support recovery. You’ll gain a stronger connection to your core and pelvic floor, and a clearer understanding of how to train moving forward.
Every session in this challenge is designed with:
⭐ Postpartum anatomy and recovery in mind
⭐ Conditioning exercises to build stamina and endurance
⭐ Intentional breathing and pressure management techniques for core stability and diastasis recti support
⭐ Strength training that actively supports the pelvic floor rather than working against it
What you can expect:
• A structured 6-week challenge with a defined start and finish

• Adaptions to exercises to be able to add load

Each week builds slightly on the last, allowing you to increase load, control, or volume at a pace that feels appropriate for your body.
All workouts are at-home friendly. Options are provided to increase intensity if you have access to heavier weights, a gym is not required but can be a plus.
Equipment we will use:
• Dumbbells (or kettlebells)
• Short resistance band
• Long resistance band
• Yoga or Pilates ball
• Optional: Stationary bike/ assault bike/treadmill or cable machine.
You do not need to be at a specific fitness level to begin; everyone is welcome. Pregnancy and postpartum place real demands on our body and recovering takes TIME to HEAL. Here I am sharing the tools with you, and you are committing for an intense period to better yourself. Let’s do this together! ❤️

Postpartum Strength Recovery
This program came at the perfect time for me, I was exactly 6 weeks postpartum when the program was released. It is exactly what I needed. While I’m not new to exercise, I was new to it as a first time mom. Having a program created by someone who has been through it once before and who is going through it again the same time means so much to me. It made it feel more genuine knowing that Izabela is familiar with my needs during this period of recovery and rediscovery. I also absolutely love that she is active in the community and so kind to answer my questions whenever I reach out ❤️ I love the program so much because the exercises are not intimidating at all yet they are so effective! The exercises seem so simple yet they’re exactly what I need! It has helped me gently engage the deep muscles without fear of injury. Also, as a tired & busy first time mom who is breastfeeding I love that I can do it at my own pace. Some days I finished it all in one session, but most days I did the exercises throughout the day. The way the program is made makes it possible to spread throughout the day. I also love that I’m able to do it at home with no equipment and to be honest on days I don’t have energy I don’t even change into workout clothes haha. The program truly considers the reality of being a new mom. I have not done any exercises at all since giving birth except this program and a few stretches. I definitely feel more confident in my body but more importantly I feel stronger. I will be repeating the program again! Such a great program for postpartum moms and even for those starting exercise for the first time. I am so grateful for this program ❤️

Helloo Mama! I'm Izabela, 32 years old and a mom of 2 girls. I am certified ACE and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). I believe that working on your body postpartum is just as important for your mental health as it is for your physical strength. I started sharing my workout routine because I know how much your body changes after pregnancy, and how overwhelming recovery can feel without the right support. I’ve been there, and I learned that you can love your body even more after kids when you know how to rebuild strength the right way! I’m personally committed to becoming the healthiest and happiest version of myself for my family, and I want to help you do the same.
