You are here because you, just like, notice when your abs still dome during certain movements, when you don’t fully trust your body under load, when you feel heaviness or leaking, and when your lower back keeps taking over and you’re not sure why.

When I just gave birth to my first baby no one guided me in how to recovery my body. I’ve had to learn everything step by step - this program is built from that: from everything I’ve studied, from my own experience, but also from everything I’ve tested, and refined over time. I didn’t rebuild my core by doing more ab workouts. I rebuilt it by relearning how my body actually works postpartum. Waist trainer and kegel won't fix this- but learning how to use your deep core properly will change everything.

How the program works

A clear and structured 6-week plan:

  • 5 core-focused workouts per week

  • 10–30 minute sessions

  • Guided video instruction to each exercise & level

You can follow this on its own or alongside your current full body training schedule or you can do it as a stand-alone.

Every session is built around:

  • Postpartum anatomy and recovery principles

  • Intentional breathing and pressure management

  • Deep core + pelvic floor integration

  • Loaded training that supports, not stresses, your body

You need to understand what your body is doing and why. To heal, you got to understand and postpartum isn’t something you “finish.” It’s something your body continues to adapt through.

The 3-Level System (you start where YOU are)

You follow a clear progression, This is what makes the program safe and effective:

Level 1 –Early Healing

  • Start here if you’re early postpartum, or if your core still feels weak, disconnected, or unstable.

  • It supports tissue healing, including C-section recovery

    Can be done before 6 weeks, however I recommend you see a health professional in person to get cleared.

Level 2 – Rebuilding Strength & Control

  • Move here when you’re ready to build strength and coordination between core, pelvic floor, and breath

Level 3 – Advanced Core Strength & Tone

  • For you who are ready to challenge your body and take it further by focusing on the entire sling system (anterior, posterior, and lateral lines)

  • Improve anti-rotation, load transfer, and dynamic stability

Equipment

Everything is designed to be done at home, I recommend you have the following:

  • Dumbbells or kettlebells

  • Resistance bands (long and short)

  • Pilates ball

  • Yoga ball

  • Yoga mat

  • Bar where you can hang from

Optional: Go to the gym if you want to progress further, in particular use cables instead of bands

A True Gem: The Ultimate Postpartum Savior! After two close pregnancies, I lost all my stability and was in pain. Postpartum Strength Recovery

This program came at the perfect time for me, I was exactly 6 weeks postpartum when the program was released. It is exactly what I needed. While I’m not new to exercise, I was new to it as a first time mom. Having a program created by someone who has been through it once before and who is going through it again the same time means so much to me. It made it feel more genuine knowing that Izabela is familiar with my needs during this period of recovery and rediscovery. I also absolutely love that she is active in the community and so kind to answer my questions whenever I reach out ❤️ I love the program so much because the exercises are not intimidating at all yet they are so effective! The exercises seem so simple yet they’re exactly what I need! It has helped me gently engage the deep muscles without fear of injury. Also, as a tired & busy first time mom who is breastfeeding I love that I can do it at my own pace. Some days I finished it all in one session, but most days I did the exercises throughout the day. The way the program is made makes it possible to spread throughout the day. I also love that I’m able to do it at home with no equipment and to be honest on days I don’t have energy I don’t even change into workout clothes haha. The program truly considers the reality of being a new mom. I have not done any exercises at all since giving birth except this program and a few stretches. I definitely feel more confident in my body but more importantly I feel stronger. I will be repeating the program again!
