10/10 Would recommend this program. The cost was extremely reasonable (honestly a steal) for what you get out of it. Jaz’s videos and instructions made the exercises super clear and helped to go into the gym with a plan. I actually started to get excited about going to the gym and my confidence (in the gym) increased significantly. The repetition of the workout split was perfect and I definitely FEEL BETTER/STRONGER and saw results. They say it takes 21 days to build a habit — with this program being 6 days a week for 6 weeks (36 days), it got me into a routine and helped me build consistency that I’ve been able to maintain even now, 3 weeks after the program ended. The app also made it super easy and convenient to track progress and continue to increase weight/reps. The chat feature is amazing because it allows everyone in the program to support and encourage one another as well as to receive encouragement directly from Jaz. I appreciated that this challenge had routines that continuously pushed me to my limits every week without being too difficult. Being able to follow a routine where I was able to improve my form and increase my weight each week was very appreciated. Doing Jaz’s Muscle Mamí challenge has changed my perception on weight lifting. Going in, I’ve had some experiences with weight training but I never saw results. I felt very stagnant when doing my workouts & seeing no improvement impacted my health (both physically & mentally) . Due to this, I ate more because I couldn’t lose weight & started getting into a depressive state. I knew I needed a change and Jaz’s challenge came just in time! From the day I signed up, I felt my spirits lift. I knew that I would get something out of this workout if I was committed & consistent (sure enough, it did)! Doing the muscle Mamí workout I saw I difference in my mood & body (I was only a week out when I felt like this & it was great)! As I continued, I noticed more of an improvement on my physical, emotional and mental well being. Apart from this, I learned so much about weightlifting and all the different techniques I could use from it. I am happier, healthier (I didn’t lose weight but lost so many inches as my clothes fit better), and excited for more gym time (I even bought new gym clothes to motivate myself to keep going)! Overall, this has been a wonderful experience as Jaz and all the girls in the challenge motivated me to go out there & do better for yourself! I will continue using the muscle Mamí challenge until a new routine is out! Can’t wait for more experiences like these!

I liked having the same exercises every week because it helped ease the mental load of figuring out what to work out everyday. I increased the weight when I felt ready and I felt like this contributed to my progress and strength. The only detail I would point out would be a better video example of how the movement gets completed. The use of “ok we start here and then do this” while watching the video in the gym was not always the best description. As a visual learner, I did enjoy seeing the movement be completed but I felt like the description of the movement needed a bit more detail. I went from 242 -> 218 and I’m grateful this program helped to keep me accountable 🥰
