FORGE: Our Next 6-Week Training Phase

We’re kicking off a brand new 6-week training phase called FORGE — and this one is all about building muscle, stamina, and resilience.

After finishing a heavier strength-focused cycle (lower reps, heavier loads), we’re shifting into a hypertrophy + muscular endurance phase. This means more volume, more time under tension, and controlled movement patterns designed to forge stronger, more capable muscles.

What to Expect:

  • Higher rep ranges (typically 8–15 reps)

  • Moderate weights you can control with great form

  • Slower, intentional tempo

  • Shorter rest periods to challenge endurance

  • Multiple sets per movement to increase total volume

Why FORGE?

This phase bridges the gap between pure strength and visible results. Hypertrophy training helps:

  • Build and shape muscle (yes — even if fat loss is your goal)

  • Improve muscular endurance

  • Reinforce joint health and movement quality

  • Create a stronger foundation for our next heavy strength cycle
