Welcome to ASCEND — our next 6-week Strength Phase.

This program is designed to help you level up your strength using one of the most proven and effective training methods: the 5x5.

In ASCEND, we’re stripping things back to what works. Each day will focus on the core compound lifts — squat, bench press, deadlift, pull-ups, shoulder press, and barbell row — ensuring you’re consistently training the movements that build the most total-body strength and muscle.

The 5x5 method is simple, but incredibly powerful: five sets of five reps using challenging weights. This structure allows you to train heavy, stay focused, and progressively overload week after week — leading to real, measurable strength gains.

This phase is all about building a solid foundation, improving lifting confidence, and increasing overall strength capacity. By prioritizing quality reps, proper form, and consistency, your body will adapt, get stronger, and continue to rise.
