Hi everyone! I'm super excited to introduce my very first Transformation Challenge, where I'm sharing some of the methods I've picked up along the way in my own fitness journey.

The Lean and Strong Reset Challenge spans 8 weeks, split into two 4-week training blocks that are all about building strength, gaining muscle, and improving your performance. Staying injury-free has been a big part of my journey, so I've added some warm-up control drills at the beginning of each session. These drills are like a warm-up that uses exercises to activate your stabilizing muscles, glutes, and abs. They're right at the start of each session, along with core activation exercises to get your core ready before you start lifting.

The main goal is to pay close attention to your body, making sure you're using the right muscles during each exercise. The Lean and Strong Reset Challenge is all about building muscle, getting strong, and achieving structural balance in your body. I'm a firm believer in "what gets done first gets done best," so I've set up this program with that in mind, putting a lot of thought into helping you train the best way possible for the best results.
