VOL. 2 keeps the same structure you’re used to, but we turn it up just enough to start building that shape. We focus more on glutes, controlled reps, and progressive overload all using the same intentional training style, just with more volume and emphasis.
You’ll be training on a 4-day split with an optional 5th day if you want extra glutes and abs. The workouts repeat weekly so you can continue tracking your lifts, building strength, and gaining confidence in the gym week by week.
