A training guide will be included to give you guidance on how to incorporate optional days of movement. The structure and options are great. I like how there is room for different workouts and active rest. The length of the workouts are perfect and it's helpful that there is room to take notes each day. It would be great to have a video dedicated to form, especially for beginners. Some of the exercises, like lunges, deadlines, and split squats would be more effective with guidance on form. Other than that, everything is great.
