I love Juice and Toya! I have followed there YouTube videos previously and always wanted to do one of there challenges. I am so glad I did!! The workouts are fun! The community is awesome and supportive! I would definitely do other challenges !!

I started at 240 pounds I’m 232 pounds and I still have three weeks to go. I’m determined to make it and do it to the very end. This has helped me with my endurance and I’m not giving up on myself, I’m gonna continue this program.

Even though I had been following Juice and Toya on YouTube for a while, this challenge has given me the structure that I needed to see consistent change. It is challenging yet fun, and it definitely works!

Liked the intensity and rhythm

The structure and options are great. I like how there is room for different workouts and active rest. The length of the workouts are perfect and it's helpful that there is room to take notes each day. It would be great to have a video dedicated to form, especially for beginners. Some of the exercises, like lunges, deadlines, and split squats would be more effective with guidance on form. Other than that, everything is great.

I love everything so far

Awesome workout. Even though I’m sick ..I still pushed it.

This has been fabulous so far and has provided the structure I needed for my workouts. It is easy to follow and track progress.

Got my rhythm going in the gym. Did everything and added 60 sec steps between each set. Had to sub one movement and added abd crunch instead. Week 2 day 1 complete. Let's Go!
