Hi Kaylee! I’m 3 full weeks into your challenge and I am loving it! It’s so nice to feel confident in the gym and to go in with a plan and get it done! My only request for maybe the future would possibly be some alternative moves for difficult exercises ex: the side lying abductions. I’m a plus size girl and I have tried this exercise so many times and cannot hold my body weight up and/or get the move right. Instead I have been doing fire hydrants. Other than that I can’t wait to finish 6 weeks to fit and and start new challenges! Thank you😋

The workouts are hands down amazing. I look and feel better after this challenge. However the app is not. I had to constantly google work outs because the videos did not load. Yes, I refreshed the app and updated it as well. I also wasn’t a fan that all of the videos weren’t already uploaded. It would be nice if all videos are ready to go instead of waiting each week for them to get uploaded.
