Over 6 weeks, you’ll get guided strength training that’s straightforward and effective — no fluff, just solid workouts with clear sets, reps, and exercise guidance to help you steadily progress, week by week.

  • January 9th: Deadline to upload 3 'before' photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

  • February 20th: Deadline to upload 3 'after' photos by 11:59pm ET.
