Welcome to the Spring Sculpt Challenge! I am so excited you are joining me for the next 6 weeks. I have created this program as a 2 part series, the Spring Sculpt and Savage Summer! This challenge is designed to build muscle and begin to slim down and tone up for summer! I want you in that tiny bikini feeling your best and looking badder than ever. This program mixes strength training and cardio with a great meal plan. This challenge is for anyone who is ready to build and sculpt their best body, whether you’re new to this or advanced, at home or in a gym!

Let’s just say what an experience, and a great one at that.! The workouts are friendly to anyone especially if you’re just starting off in the gym and at home.! Really great to keep you on track and having something to go off of . Koko was amazing at checking in and gives us meals and other options for cardio. I really enjoyed the whole breakdown of the workouts and how easy it was to follow! Especially the visuals made it 10 times easier. I really liked how the workouts stayed the same up until the end.
