EQUIPMENT
To get the best possible results we highly recommend having access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how we personally train when looking to build lean muscle and reduce body fat so it includes exercises that require:

✔️ Leg extension machine
✔️ Hip abduction machine or cables
✔️ Dumbbells and resistance bands
✔️ Barbell and plates
If you’re training from home, we have included a modified version of the program using:

You’ll still get results with the home version - but to be transparent, some exercises (especially on back days) simply can’t be replicated without machines.
