When I first started the gym, I had no idea what I was actually doing.

I spent most of the first few months, trying different machines and mismatched workouts that I thought were going to grow my glutes.

Of course, this didn’t work so I assumed it was just impossible for me to grow my glutes.

But then I took it back to basics.

Focused on my training, not overdoing it in sessions, prioritised my rest and recovery alongside my nutrition and most importantly I stuck to the plan and trained with intention and what happened?

I saw results!

Growing your glutes isn’t impossible, you’re probably just missing the basics.

I’ve always felt this guidance was missing to follow a structured plan for a set amount of time so this is the exact program I wish I had when starting the gym.

No overcomplicated workouts.
A balanced workout split.
Rest days.
A clear and structured plan to follow.

Results won’t happen overnight, but following this plan consistently over the next few weeks
