Welcome to our second challenge together - INTENTIONS. I am so excited to kick off 2026 with like-minded women ready to take control of their lives. If you fell out of routine during the holidays (like everyone does), fear not because the ‘INTENTIONS’ challenge is here to realign you with a consistent training routine that will challenge you in and out of the gym to become your best self.
This 6-week challenge is designed to help you build strength, set goals, and start the new year off strong by providing you with all of the tools you need to be successful. The new year provides a fresh start for you to redirect your habits to reflect the life you want to live. Implementing change can be overwhelming, but this challenge will help you kickstart your year with the support of an amazing community of women.
The focus of the next six weeks is to sustainably build full-body strength and training consistency with a focus on progressively overloading foundational movement patterns. This program is meant to challenge you, but is adaptable to ANY fitness level. Don’t worry if you are starting or restarting your journey, we offer gym and home (dumbbell-only) training options to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible!
The gym workout routine split is as follows:
Push Day (Chest, Shoulder & Triceps)
Leg Day 1 (Quad & Hamstring Focus)
Pull Day (Back & Biceps)
Leg Day 2 (Glute & Hamstring Focus)
The dumbbell-only home workout routine split is as follows:
Upper Body Day 1
Leg Day 1
Upper Body Day 2
Leg Day 2
Warm up guidance will be provided along with an optional core circuit + cardio recommendations for those interested in incorporating these into their routines!
Remember throughout this challenge that you are not in it alone. I did my previous challenge with you guys and you truly helped motivate me to push myself and show up even on the hard days. I am super excited to be doing this challenge with you guys as well. How It Works

Leading up to January 5th, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.
Important Dates:
January 2nd: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).
January 5th: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.
January 9th: Deadline to upload 3 'before' photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.
February 20th: Deadline to upload 3 'after' photos by 11:59pm ET.

Hi, I'm Megan! I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2022. I then became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with continued education as a Functional Training Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Alongside online coaching I also have two years of experience as a Rehabilitation Assistant at a Physical Therapy Clinic. My goal is to help you reach your goals and I am so excited to be a part of your journey!
