I'd say 3.5 rounded up. Loving it so far. I love the variety of at gym vs at home options. A few things I would love to see for a future challenge is: 1. Adding daily warm up videos to go with the exercises of the day 2. Having the exercise videos begin from standing position first before getting into the exercise. I think this would help more with seeing how to get into form better and how to position body weight. 3. More engagement from Leslie! Daily questions or daily reflection prompts to encourage others to post more.
