HI, I’M AMANDA 💛

I created this program because:

  1. My high level passion for teaching alignment and pilates in person has given me this burning desire to share it with the world online.

  2. the 3 M’s - Movement, Meals, and Meditation - completely changed my life and my physical results.

Yes, movement matters. A lot.
But it is not the only factor in your health goals - especially weight loss.

What I’ve learned (and lived) is this:

  • stressing about food

  • obsessing over the scale

  • panicking when weight fluctuates (and when your'e healthy it should..)

  • negative self-talk when your body changes

…actually signals your body to hold on, not let go.

Stress, limiting beliefs and that sh*t self talk tells your nervous system it’s not safe.
And when your body doesn’t feel safe - it retains (especially weight).

THE THREE M’S (EVOLVED)

🔥 MOVEMENT

Pilates-inspired, full-body workouts with a targeted focus on:
• Arms
• Abs
• Glutes

Each day includes 30 minutes of intentional movement (4 days a week), with clear video guidance, alignment cues, and breath-led execution.
Optional 15-minute cardio “extra credit” is available if you want the added push.

(and if you want more - you can always add on from the 6 IN 6 program!)

You can do this:
• bodyweight only
• or with optional (but highly recommended!) dumbbells (3-10 lbs)/ ankle weights / booty band / pilates ball


🥗 MEALS

No diets. No counting. No restriction.

You’ll get clear guidance around:
• protein
• hydration
• fiber-maxing
• gut health
• reducing bloat + inflammation

But more importantly, we shift the mental relationship to food - because fear and guilt do far more damage than carbs ever could.

EQUIPMEWNT NEEDED:

  • Pilates ball (you will 100% want this!!!)

  • Yoga block

  • Resistance bands Light, Medium and Heavy (you can find sets with all 3!)

  • Set of Dumbbells: light and/or medium for upper body (2-8lbs) and heavy for lower body (8-15 lbs) For reference, ill be using set of 2 lbs for upper body and set of 8 and 12 lbs for lower body! Youre more than welcome to go heavier if your comfortable with it/have practiced with heavier weights before but this is pilates.. I promise less (weight) is more <3

  • Bench if you have one but a chair/couch will be just fine

  • Ankle weights - highly recommend!!

Ill add a links in the community chat if you need help with purchasing - most of these are available at the gym but again highly recommend the pilates ball and ankle weights!

I have completed week 1 so far so it’s too early to see results with core strength, but I really like the whole approach, which focuses on healthy and sustainable eating habits and a healthy mindset in general. The exercises are challenging, but not rushed so you feel like you can go at your own pace and focus on form - I almost find it quite relaxing despite how hard it is.

So far the exercises are interesting and challenging, however often the little description next to the video doesn’t correspond with the exercise shown. Like « do crunches and add 15sec pulse » but the video doesn’t explain / show pulses. Or the title says 3 rounds and in the description of the rounds it says do 4.. and I guess overall I prefer following someone rather than looking at a tiny timer and having to reset for each exercise. A little annoyed with the interface of the app. Otherwise started second week strong. Would be more encouraging to do the « extra » hiit exercises with Amanda xx
