One thing I've noticed after years of teaching fitness classes, working with clients, and creating online programs is that most people don't actually need more information.
Most of us already know that movement is important. We know that vegetables are good for us. We know we should probably drink more water, get better sleep, and spend less time on our phones.
The challenge isn't usually a lack of information.
The challenge is creating habits that actually stick.
It's learning how to continue showing up for yourself when life gets busy.
It's knowing what to do when you're traveling, celebrating, stressed, overwhelmed, or simply not feeling motivated.
And perhaps most importantly, it's learning how to stop starting over.
That's really what inspired this membership.
When I launched the Forever Summer Body program, one of my favorite pieces of feedback was hearing from people who finally felt like they had a healthier relationship with movement, food, and their bodies. They weren't just exercising more. They were thinking differently. They were becoming more aware of their habits, their patterns, and the way they spoke to themselves.
Many of them also told me they wanted more.
More workouts.
More meditation.
More guidance.
More support around food.
More opportunities to continue practicing what they had learned.
This membership is my answer to that.
It's a place where we get to continue the work together.
The workouts are a little different than the challenge format because everything is fully guided. Instead of receiving individual exercises and building the workout yourself, you'll simply press play and follow along. Some days that might be a 15-minute Pilates workout. Other days it might be a longer strength training session, yoga flow, mobility class, or nervous system reset practice.
The goal isn't necessarily to work harder.
It's to make consistency easier.
Because one of the biggest barriers to movement isn't the workout itself. It's deciding what to do, when to do it, and whether you're doing it correctly.
I also wanted to go much deeper into meditation.
Over the last several years, meditation has become one of the most important tools in my own life. Not just for stress management, but for confidence, decision making, relationships, business, health, and overall happiness.
The more I learn about the nervous system, the more convinced I become that many of the things we're trying to solve physically are connected to what is happening mentally and emotionally.
That's why this membership includes a growing library of guided meditations, breathwork practices, visualization exercises, journaling prompts, and what I call The Rewire Method™.
These practices are designed to help you become more aware of the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that may be influencing your results without you even realizing it.
When it comes to food, my philosophy continues to be very simple.
I don't believe most people need another meal plan.
I don't believe most people need stricter food rules.

So far the exercises are interesting and challenging, however often the little description next to the video doesn’t correspond with the exercise shown. Like « do crunches and add 15sec pulse » but the video doesn’t explain / show pulses. Or the title says 3 rounds and in the description of the rounds it says do 4.. and I guess overall I prefer following someone rather than looking at a tiny timer and having to reset for each exercise. A little annoyed with the interface of the app. Otherwise started second week strong. Would be more encouraging to do the « extra » hiit exercises with Amanda xx
