I LOVED the age reverse method! It got me back in the gym and gave me a great start to 2026! I’m 53 and had been on a hiatus for several months. It really made me want to get to the gym and stay committed. I am loving the results!!! I would highly recommend this program! I love how the workouts are organized, and the videos are so helpful in ensuring proper form. Lina has been by the community's side throughout the challenge, and it's like having a friend there to cheer you on and guide you! She doesn't hold back and shares so much information because she truly wants to help empower other women! Workouts have been pretty good. I have been able to get through them all every week with slightly increasing the weight where I can. I do not dislike anything but would enjoy seeing different exercises weekly instead of the same ones, but I do understand the goal is trying to become better weekly with each exercise we’re doing. Other than that everything is really good. I’m waiting till Halloween to post a mid challenge photo.

The app was a little old. Nice to use either gym or home but should be able to have other options for an exercise. For example- there were no squats in the home tab but that could’ve been an option for the goblet squat. No options for an exercise.

I signed up when I saw Join Challenge now and thought it was similar to past challenges I have done with other trainers. I choose to spend money on a tight budget for challenges due to accountability and community. Working from home, kids, pets, aging parent.... It is my way to connect w like minded people and keep each other on track. When i paid, it took me to a link to download and to my suprise, the challenge is already 1.5 months in. Defeating. Every one is posting on their 30 something day progress..the trainer is asking for updates on their 30 something day progress. So i wasted money to be accountable for myself, go a pace alone and cheer on everyone who is 35 days in. Misleading and should be like all challenges where the sign up window closes and trainers are not in it for money.
