Welcome to my first official training program. This program has literally taken me years to put together, and I'm soooo excited to finally share it with you all :)

This program focuses on glutes / lower body, with 3 lower body days each week based on my own personal workout regimen. It is based my years of personal training experience, and carefully designed to help you maximize your booty gains.
Because the focus is on lower body / growing your booty, there are no specific upper body days programmed in this guide. That being said, you can still program in 1-2 days of upper body each week if you'd like!
In addition, one of my favorite parts of this program is all of the additional perks that come with it.
