My inspiration for this program was summer heat and freedom of movement: Athletic-inspired performance meets calisthenics strength to build explosive power, reactive strength, coordination, and core control, that translates to better movement through life.

Focus aspects of training include force control, ankle and foot strength and stiffness, joint positional awareness, hip power, explosive core control, and unilateral strength. Many drills have alternative variations to help effectively and safely work up to more advanced drills, while still adhering to program training concepts. Movement does not need to be complicated, just intentional.

6 weeks, 4 training days per week, and under 1hr sessions to easily work into a busy summer schedule, travel plans, and align with extra curricular training. I specifically chose exercises for this challenge that can be done at home, the gym, or outdoors; Training settings may change but your ability to show up remains consistent. Training sessions that are both challenging and fun, and instill a greater confidence and appreciation for your own freedom of movement.
