This year I really wanted to really lock in with the gym, not that I wasn't but I felt like I wasn't pushing myself to my full potential. I really wanted to focus on toning up while still growing. So my last challenge was really a step into the right direction for these goals and this new challenge is really going to change so many things. I am so ready to finally share this with you all!
I personally have followed this exact split because my goal was to grow while also staying toned. Yes, this IS possible. You can also follow this program while being in maintenance or in a cut. This program works for every phase depending on your food intake!
Progress in the gym is never just a straight line and perfect. It has ups and it has downs. Staying consistent and disciplined is what will get you to your end goal.
Coming from a girl who couldn't even hit 100lbs in highschool all I ever wanted was to have sort of shape. I am so proud of how far I have come, and as crazy as it may sound I sometimes still see my not even 100lb self in the mirror. That's when progress pictures come in because without them I don't think I would truly realize how far I have come.
My biggest goal in the gym has always been to gain weight, muscle and just become the strongest version of myself. Doing this together will be so much more fun <3
