I loved Maddy’s program! It was super fun to join with old friends and new friends and work through four weeks together. As an experienced lifter it was refreshing to have someone else with knowledge and understanding to follow for a change! Madeline’s program was easy to follow and designed with a well thought out warm-up routine(crucial for my body with many older injuries).
