Kutsun sind endaga 14-päevasele kõhulihaste väljakutsele, kus keskendume tugevale kere lihaskonnale, paremale rühile ja sellele suurepärasele tundele, mis tekib, kui võtad iga päev natuke aega iseenda tervise jaoks!
Järgmise kahe nädala jooksul teeme koos:
20–25 minutit treeningut päevas
12 efektiivset treeningpäeva kokku
2 puhkepäeva taastumiseks
Harjutusi nii oma keharaskusega kui ka kergete raskustega (1–4 kg)
Sa saad minu loodud 14-päevase treeningkava koos videotega, et liiguksid harjutusi tehes õigesti, turvaliselt ja enesekindlalt.

I’m inviting you to join my 14-Day Abs Challenge, where we’ll focus on building a strong core, better posture, and that amazing feeling you get when you take a little time out of your day for your own health and workout!
Over the next two weeks, we’ll do this together:
20–25 minutes of working out per day
12 effective workout days in total
2 rest days for recovery
Exercises using both bodyweight and light weights (1–4 kg)
You’ll get a 14-day training plan created by me, complete with videos, so you can move correctly, safely, and confidently while doing the exercises.
And the best part—we’re doing this TOGETHER! You, me, and hopefully a whole crew of other strong-core and better-posture seekers.
