I'm very happy with the results after 6 weeks. Gains in strenght / endurance and muscle mass are amazing. Be prepared for hard work, because it's pretty challenging but worth it. I can honestly reccomend it đź’Ş

Perfect instructions so one can do the sets the correct way. Good differentiation between beginner and advanced participants. Videos are perfect for imitating the right movement. The community is strong, good exchanges in there. One can feel the difference. 90min with gym machines and I haven’t reached the point of muscle exhaustion as half an hours calesthenics training
