Phase 1 of the Masked Method Endurance Series.

This 6-week phase is designed to develop your base—high-volume calisthenics focused on strength, endurance and work capacity.

The program is split into beginner and intermediate levels, each structured to match your current ability.

Requirements

You should be able to do each of these exercises in one set

Beginner category

  • 20 push ups

  • 5 pull ups

  • 5 dips

Intermediate category

  • 50 push ups

  • 15 pull ups

  • 15 dips

If these requirements seem too easy please continue to Endurance II

Equipment

Perfect instructions so one can do the sets the correct way. Good differentiation between beginner and advanced participants. Videos are perfect for imitating the right movement. The community is strong, good exchanges in there. One can feel the difference. 90min with gym machines and I haven’t reached the point of muscle exhaustion as half an hours calesthenics training
