EQUIPMENT

To get the best possible results from the Bikini Blueprint Challenge, I highly recommend having access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how I personally trained for the stage so it includes exercises that require:

    •    Smith machine or squat rack

    •    Cable machine

    •    Leg extension machine

    •    Hip abduction machine or cables

    •    Dumbbells and resistance bands

    •.    Barbell and plates

If you’re training from home, I’ve included a modified version of the program using:

✔️ Dumbbells

✔️ Loop bands

✔️ Resistance bands with handles

✔️ Bench (preferably adjustable incline)

You’ll still get results with the home version - but to be transparent, some exercises (especially on back days) simply can’t be replicated without machines. This is an advanced training program, and I’ve chosen not to water it down with endless modifications, because I want to honor the integrity of the method and deliver stage-ready results.

If your goal is to train like a competitor, the home version will absolutely get you results - but keep in mind, they may differ from what’s possible with full gym equipment. My hope is that you’ll appreciate the intention behind this programming and feel empowered to push yourself in new ways. 💪

Just fantastic, you did it again! The unilateral work has helped my non-dominant side build strength so efficiently. I appreciate the written and video instruction for each lift especially some of the lifts I had not done before with the cable machine but also to make sure my form is on point. After years of lifting weights, doing cardio, etc with minimal gains weight lifting or weight loss, I finally started losing weight this year with Megan and Joel. I did The Plan first and lost 8 pounds!! I'm on the last week of Prime Time and I'm down another 3 pounds. I am absolutely 💯 loving this program. As a 53 year old post menopausal woman the weight training has me in better shape than my 30s. I have seen better results than anything I have done.
