Like the structured plan but too much ficus in glutes, back and delts. What about core, chest and arms? I would like more well rounded exercises. But like the simplicity of the plan.

Love this program! My only complaint is that it only focuses on Shoulders/Back for upper body. I would love Chest, Tris, & Bis.
