Just joining the March 2025 challenge today (it starts in 3 Days) before joining I looked at reviews of the book to see if I wanted to purchase it with the challenge. I did add it to my challenge purchase. I just looked over all the recipes and they are great can’t wait to make them and am glad I added the book to my cart (good mention: if you are Gluten Free no worries, great recipe book for you too). Coming from thick af vegan meal plan, I love this cook book. The growth is apparent, although I still refer back to Thick AF, to this day to clean up my nutritional choices. I’ve done lots of personal research on the topics covered in the cook books as well and have never seen the info organized so beautifully as Fit N Fine. I love the flexibility of vegan/non-vegan options in one cookbook too.

First of all, the layout give luxury, and CLASS! The recipes, their names, the photos of the food. The breakdown, and all the INFORMATION is EVERYTHING okay?! I’m new to my gym/nutrition journey.
