How It Works

Leading up to January 5th, we'll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.

Important Dates:

  • January 2nd: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).

  • January 5th: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.

  • January 9th: Deadline to upload 3 'before' photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

  • February 20th: Deadline to upload 3 'after' photos by 11:59pm ET.

Just joining the March 2025 challenge today (it starts in 3 Days) before joining I looked at reviews of the book to see if I wanted to purchase it with the challenge. I did add it to my challenge purchase. I just looked over all the recipes and they are great can’t wait to make them and am glad I added the book to my cart (good mention: if you are Gluten Free no worries, great recipe book for you too). Coming from thick af vegan meal plan, I love this cook book. The growth is apparent, although I still refer back to Thick AF, to this day to clean up my nutritional choices.
