Welcome to the 10 Day Mind Over Matter Challenge! We’re very excited to motivate, inspire & help you reach the best version of yourself.
Within this challenge, we'll be providing 1 hour daily workouts and nutrition guidelines to sculpt your abs, tone your upper body and build your lower body, working every muscle in your body!
We wanted to make this challenge as accessible as possible for anybody, so all workouts can be performed from a gym OR at home - all you need is a pair of dumbbells!
We'll also have a private community area where we can all hang out, hold each other accountable, and share photos.

I loved every workout even though I wasn’t able to do it daily I still managed to do 3-4 days in 1 due to my schedule at work overnight and my sons behavior. This week was a challenge I was willing to take and I’m proud of myself. This 10 day mind over matter challenge has pushed me to keep going. I’m still feeling everything in my abs when I cough lol. My allergies have been kicking my butt too but I would like to thank Megan and Cuban for this experience and I’m going to continue to workout as much as I can.
