That's why I created this muscle gainer challenge - to help you maximize your gains in the gym over the next 6 weeks. 

In this program, we will be working out 6 days / week. The last day of the week will be a cardio or rest day (your choice). 

For each day in the gym, the workouts are designed to be completed in 45 minutes so that you can complete 20-30 minutes of cardio afterwards. 

This program is based on progressive overload, meaning we will be doing generally the same exercises week to week. 

The goal each week is to increase your strength (either by adding more weight, doing more reps, or improving form/tempo). Good form should be prioritized over adding weight.
