How It Works

Once you sign up, you’ll gain instant access to the challenge mobile app, a private community, and the welcome area.

Leading up to October 13th, we’ll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.

Important Dates:

• October 10th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).

• October 13th: The challenge begins! You’ll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.

• October 17th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

• November 28th: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.
