Welcome to Fit in 25x25x25!! The magic number is clearly 25 šŸ¤©

This is a unique challenge that will run daily from January 6th onwards, for 25 days, to help us start off 2025 with a little kick!

I truly believe that one of the keys to feeling good (or better!) is daily movement. It doesnā€™t have to be crazy and intense, but it does have to be consistent. So I have designed this challenge to include 25 different workouts, one for every day, with no repeats! Some are 5 minutes, some or 10 and some are 15.

You can make them longer/shorter, add or remove equipment, and of course repeat them as often as you like, because you have lifetime access. I am excited to help you move daily in the first month of 2025, and create some new positive habits.

Equipment required - resistance band and dumbbells, a mat or carpet to lie on, and a bench or chair for some of the exercises. Put on some music in the background of the videos if you like!

Pat is an amazing coach, encourager, and a bundle of fun! I love the short, effective daily workouts which give you energy and set the tone for the day. I have been exercising regularly for 37 years and Iā€™m 69 now and feel great. I enjoyed the 25X25X25. I enjoyed all the different workouts and the shorter ones I combined with some of the other shower ones. The other challenges I liked each week and similar ones with a bit of differences added in. sometimes I was looking for a particular workout I really liked and had to find it to repeat. Overall it really worked a lot of different muscles repeated i9n one workout and really felt them. I do like the ones that are a bit longer...10-15 minute. So looking forward to another one. Thank you for taking the time to put it all together. Oh and thanks for the Wednesday separate workouts!!!
