I love the short, effective daily workouts which give you energy and set the tone for the day. I have been exercising regularly for 37 years and I’m 69 now and feel great. I enjoyed the 25X25X25. I enjoyed all the different workouts and the shorter ones I combined with some of the other shower ones. The other challenges I liked each week and similar ones with a bit of differences added in. sometimes I was looking for a particular workout I really liked and had to find it to repeat. Overall it really worked a lot of different muscles repeated i9n one workout and really felt them. I do like the ones that are a bit longer...10-15 minute. So looking forward to another one. Thank you for taking the time to put it all together. Oh and thanks for the Wednesday separate workouts!!!
