Thank you for this programme. Been meaning to start callisthenics but didn't know how to or what to do. The programme has really helped my upper body strength, I now able to do more then 10 pushups and do pull up myself (without resistance bands) for at least 4 full reps. Will get to more eventually! Hopefully next programme is more challenging so I can progress even further!

I love this program, after years of trying different things I finally feel that I'm on the right track. Thank you Raahavy, I feel and see how I'm getting stronger and finally build arm muscles. The community is a great opportunity to stay motivated, it helped me to come back after I couldn't train for a few days. Tipp: read the descriptions and 'common mistakes' again even when you already know the exercises. There's often space to improve.
