A great challenge that really pushes us out of our comfort zone! The goal is to master the basics, but it's far from being a challenge for beginners because there are several alternatives. You can feel yourself progressing and you get a boost of motivation, even if your muscles are aching at the end of the session (the first week, mine were dead all week!). I recommend it! Thank you for this programme. Been meaning to start callisthenics but didn't know how to or what to do. The programme has really helped my upper body strength, I now able to do more then 10 pushups and do pull up myself (without resistance bands) for at least 4 full reps. Will get to more eventually! Hopefully next programme is more challenging so I can progress even further!

I love this program, after years of trying different things I finally feel that I'm on the right track. Thank you Raahavy, I feel and see how I'm getting stronger and finally build arm muscles. The community is a great opportunity to stay motivated, it helped me to come back after I couldn't train for a few days.
