Train With What You Already Have

No bars? No problem. This challenge uses everyday household items so anyone can do it:

  • Chairs → for dips & incline push-ups.

  • Broomstick across chairs → for rows & pulling strength.

  • Wall space → for wall sits, wall push-ups, and handstand prep.

  • Floor → for squats, push-ups, planks, core work, and everything in between.

Thank you for this programme. Been meaning to start callisthenics but didn't know how to or what to do. The programme has really helped my upper body strength, I now able to do more then 10 pushups and do pull up myself (without resistance bands) for at least 4 full reps. Will get to more eventually! Hopefully next programme is more challenging so I can progress even further!

I love this program, after years of trying different things I finally feel that I'm on the right track. Thank you Raahavy, I feel and see how I'm getting stronger and finally build arm muscles. The community is a great opportunity to stay motivated, it helped me to come back after I couldn't train for a few days. I'm in week 3 now and think I will continue with the exercises even after the challenge finished. And I'm looking forward to the next challenge with Raahavy! Tipp: read the descriptions and 'common mistakes' again even when you already know the exercises. There's often space to improve.
