Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy, then carefully flip the fillet.
Add the ghee, green beans, and minced garlic to the pan.
As the ghee melts and foams, tilt the pan and use a spoon to continuously pour the hot fat over the salmon for 2-3 minutes.
Toss the green beans in the garlic ghee and cook until bright green and snappy.
Remove from heat, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and serve immediately.
