Enjoying the flows and becoming familiar with some “new to me” equipment in the world of mat Pilates. I can’t get over how fired up my triceps were using the ring! My hamstrings are taking a beating as well. Sarah does a great job with all of her reminders to reset and refocus to get your best mind-muscle connections in order to really fully engage my core. I’m also finding my weaknesses and looking forward to strengthening those areas (my single leg glute work needs help)!

The Stronger You Challenge has been exactly what I needed.
