Hi, it's Savannah Prez I’m 29 years old, born and raised in Belgium, and I started my fitness journey back in 2014, over 10 years ago now. I still remember the exact moment that sparked everything: I came across a photo of a well-known fitness model and thought, “That’s the kind of strong, confident woman I want to become.” I had no idea how I’d get there, but the drive was there, and that was enough to get me started. Since then, I’ve worked with several coaches, competed in 8 fitness competitions both nationally and internationally, and proudly earned the title of Belgian Champion. Through that journey, I’ve not only transformed my body, I’ve gained the knowledge, discipline, and experience that now allow me to help others step into their own strength. My programs are thoughtfully designed to help you get the most out of your training, whether your goal is fat loss, building lean muscle, increasing strength, or a powerful combination of all three.
