Welcome to 3-Day Full Body Sculpt

This 3-day strength and hypertrophy program is designed to help you build lean muscle, sculpt your body, and boost your metabolism with just three workouts per week.

You’ll train with intention, using compound lifts, tempo, and progressive overload to maximize results without spending hours in the gym.

You can choose between two tracks depending on your schedule and preference: Full Body 3x/week or an Upper/Lower/Full Body split.

Program Format

This plan is broken into 2 progressive phases: each phase lasts 4 weeks, for a total of 8 weeks of training. You’ll focus on quality movement in Phase 1, then shift into more intensity in Phase 2 with additional sets, pyramid training, and lower RIR. Each workout is designed with progression built in, so you’re always moving forward.

Phase 1: Weeks 1–4

This is your foundation phase. You’ll train with 3 working sets per exercise, focusing on movement quality and controlled tempo. We’ll use a controlled tempo, especially with the lowering (eccentric), pause briefly, then lift with intent. Start each exercise around 2-1 reps in reserve (RIR). Your goal in this phase is to master form, build consistency, and slightly increase reps or weight each week.

Phase 2: Weeks 5–8

In Phase 2, the goal is to increase intensity and continue progressive overload. You’ll move to 4 working sets for compound exercises, and we’ll introduce pyramid sets for compound lifts, slightly increasing weight and lowering reps with each set. Aim to take your final set to 1-0 RIR (close to failure) by Week 8. This phase is where you’ll notice changes in strength, tone, and overall performance.

Sculpted in 6 - Summer Challenge

Having worked with Shauna, I was really looking forward to this challenge. Neither her nor the challenge disappointed. The workouts were not only clearly explained but the videos were also helpful. Although I used the gym workouts, it was really nice to see that there were home workouts available too. The progression of the challenge really pushed me each week. What was really nice in addition to the workouts, there was the community where you could not only post, interact with other members but Shauna was also actively participating as well. So while the challenge was done solo, it didn't feel like I was doing it alone and while not 1:1 was still getting support from Shauna. I definitely recommend not only the challenge but working with Shauna (whether it be 1:1, or group membership) to any woman over 40 who wants to get strong and be supported by someone who actually understands what is happening with women over 40, has the tools to provide support in reaching our fitness goals and a real person who is also over 40 going through her own fitness journey.

Sculpted in 6 - Summer Challenge

I have been a bootcamp girl for several years now and wanted to try strength training to see how I liked it. I’m over 50 now and was tired of being tired all of the time.
