So so so happy I joined this challenge. The workouts are amazing, I’m already seeing progress and the community is super helpful. I hope Shelby keeps making these challenges because I’ll buy every single one. New workouts each week to keep it interesting and I love that cardio is incorporated

I have been loving this whole workout program. It fits easy with my schedule. It would be nice if there were alternatives in case a gym doesn’t have a piece of equipment or if only can do at home with dumbbells and bands. But overall love it so far!

The most amazing challenge! Every week had dynamic workouts which helped me stay consistent throughout the entirety of it. The videos for each workout were nicely explained and easy to follow. The workouts themselves not easy, but empowering! The community was incredible and unique, I would come often four encouragement and information. People at my gym have come up to me for the last three weeks asking what program I am following because they’ve noticed my transformation. In addition to Shelby’s program I followed a disciplined diet that focused on increased protein intake. Excited for the next challenge with Shelby!

Shelby is so knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed her challenge. I saw many changes not just body recomp but also my motivation and wanting to continually go to the gym.

I absolutely loved this program! You can tell Shelby put a lot of time and effort into creating this detailed program that actually works! I not only feel more comfortable with the movements to certain workouts due to her video instruction, but I also feel a lot more confident in my own body! Thank you Shelby for helping me build a booty like I always dreamed😭🤍

I loved the format of this challenge! I got the digital daily planner and it was hard to follow along and always have to go through my email. I loved the length of these workouts and amount of exercises. I love how easy it is to pull up and find what day I’m on. One suggestion is maybe having a couple suggestions for alternative exercises if a machine isn’t available. Not necessary but sometimes I’d love to hear what Shelby would suggest. I can tell I’m getting stronger and I feel so much better already.

I like the exercises and how easy it is to manage the app.
