I´ve lost 20kg in the past few years in a healthy sustainable way. Before that, I tried every diet you could ever imagine and thought that nothing worked for me. Keto, intermittent fasting, low fat, low carb diet, you name it - and then sadly I developed an eating disorder after developing a lot of toxic behaviors towards food.  I used to binge eating all the time, my emotions affected my eating habits, and I felt stuck.

 

Sine then, I lost 20kg eating the food that I love and now I want to share my favorite recipes that I ate during my weight loss journey to help others do the same.

 

One of the most common questions I get about my weight-loss journey is "Silvia, what kinds of foods have you been eating? How have you been able to find a sustainable balance? Are you able to eat healthy foods that still taste good as well?"
