PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
My much-awaited and anticipated FULL ON AT HOME PILATES PROGRAM is officially here! This is definitely the most in-depth program I have created so far, as you get to watch FULL ON VIDEOS to work out with me. After more than a year of experience of pilates at a studio, I’ve put together THE BEST PILATES SESSIONS I’ve tried so far! If you’ve been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, and muscle tone and help with a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer. It might look a bit intimidating at first, but it’s much easier to get into than the gym for most! 80% of your results WILL be your diet, BUT incorporating a healthy (not too difficult) pilates routine has been shown to improve mental health and cortisol levels, which may lead to appetite control and better lifestyle decisions (this worked for me!).
HOW THE PROGRAM WILL WORK
Minimal Equipment needed:

1 pair of 2 lb weights
1 pilates fit ball
A stool thats about 2-5 inches high
There are 4-5 workouts a week, if you cannot work out for 30-50 minutes a day, you may group your classes together if you know you can’t do 5 days a week. For example, you could do 2 workouts every other day! (but if you have time please spread them out!) Week 1 will be a little bit easier for you to learn the movements first! The workouts will intensify every week and every month as you advance. Once done with all 3 months, you may repeat months 2 and 3, or just month 3 for as long as your heart desires! Each session will be repeated at least once and a maximum 3 times throughout the months!
