Welcome to Project Peach Vol. 2, a six-week program designed to help build and shape a sculpted hourglass figure. If you’ve been wanting stronger glutes, a tighter waist, and upper body definition that completes the hourglass shape, this is your season.
Over the next six weeks, we’ll be training with intention. Three lower body days to lift and round your glutes, two upper body days to build your back and shoulders for that natural tapered shape, and structured Ab work built into the program so your waist stays tight and defined. Cardio is included to support fat loss, and you’ll also have one optional full-body day if you want an extra push.
The workouts stay consistent each week, which helps you master the movements and use progressive overload. As your strength grows, the results follow.
