i started this program almost a month ago now & i am so glad I did. s/o to sylvia because my gym lifestyle shift has been so easy. not worrying about whether this workout is meant for me and my body has truly lifted a weight off my shoulders. i weighed in at around 220 as the heaviest, i started a calorie deficit, i ordered a cookbook that ive been sticking too and I've lost a good amount of water weight. ya girl is still at around 218 but i can FEEL a difference. gonna drop the 3 week difference on my back muscles cause im so proud haha. stay safe everyone !!!
