I loved the workouts as they pushed me to go farther. I appreciate having a trainer make the workouts for me and all I have to do is show up for myself every day. I was wondering why the workouts were not fully loaded for the full 4 weeks but I think that one of the reasons was due to the instructions for the final photos being on there. Regardless, lol I loved this program and saw amazing results every week! Thank you so much!
