I’m Victoria, a registered yoga instructor, writer, content creator, and former corporate lawyer. I’m Victoria — I’m a registered yoga instructor, content creator and corporate lawyer living in Houston, Texas. I wandered into a yoga class during law school and unknowingly changed the course of my life. During summer 2018, I traveled to Bali to study yoga and become certified as a yoga instructor. I wasn’t planning to teach yoga. I was just looking for a safe space to go heal. I’d been practicing yoga for a while but hadn’t scratched the surface of the practice’s depths. Over the years, my yoga practice has become my safe space. My yoga mat is where I go to process my humanity and connect to something greater than myself. I am passionate about the intersection of yoga and mental health because my yoga practice has supported me during the hardest times in my life. Along the way, I’ve connected with hundreds of thousands of you, and I’m so grateful the internet helped me meet you all. Yoga has helped me unlock physical, mental and spiritual strength I never knew I had. My goal is to help you do the same.
